To view sales order shipment status, go to . The following screen will appear:
When displaying sales order shipment status, you are presented with the following options:
Enter the sales order number of the sales order whose shipment status you want to view.
Displays the date the sales order was created.
Displays customer name.
Phone: displays customer phone number.
Displays purchase order number.
Displays the date when the sales order was last updated. Sales order updates can include modifications to the original order or shipping and billing activity.
Display lists sales order shipment status for the specified sales order.
