To get the Updater application, go to the Updater releases page on Github and download the latest release for your platform.
There are two different sites for downloading updater packages. PostBooks edition users should get the updater packages from the qt-client releases page on Github. Commercial edition users should get the update packages from the Commercial Downloads section of the xTuple website.
