For administration of a non-web-enabled server we recommend you use pgAdmin, an open source administration and management tool for PostgreSQL databases. pgAdmin includes a graphical administration interface, an SQL query tool, a procedural code debugger, and more. pgAdmin is available for download from https://www.pgadmin.org/download/. The screenshots in this document are taken from pgAdmin 4.
