By default, dealers are retrieved from the ERP every hour and saved to the web portal. However, you can use the UPDATE button to force the system to retrieve new dealers from the ERP and save them to the web portal.
If you attempt to update or re-index your dealers and you encounter an error related to the Google Maps API, go to Admin > Reports > Recent Log Messages to learn more about which dealers have errors and what information may be missing.
