2.3. Images and Documents
Document files―such as images or PDFs―will need to be associated with online products, at the item and item group levels. Examples include images of your products and/or detailed specification sheets. For these images and files to be viewable or downloadable from your web portal, they must be made available by URL. There are several ways to go about accomplishing this.
Caution
Image file names cannot have special characters or spaces in them (e.g., #, @, &, etc.). These will cause the image to not load properly.
