Standard pages are another kind of content type you can add to your web portal. Pages might include content, pictures, and links. Pages can be added to your portal's menus or linked from other pages.
The fields for a standard page are as follows:
This is the main title for your page. The title will show at the top of the page when users are viewing the page. It will also be the page title returned in search results.
Insert your content for your page here. You can copy and paste content from other documents, or you can write directly in the text editor. Using the WYSIWYG toolbar icons, you are able to edit the formatting of the content, add images, add links, insert tables, etc.
Also known as the alias, the slug is used to make up the end part of the page's URL. For example, if your slug is "slugexample," the URL for the published page will become www.example.com/slugexample
. If you leave spaces between the words (i.e., "slug example"), the system will fill those spaces with a dash: www.example/slug-example
.
To review an existing page, follow these steps:
Go to the content list by clicking on
.Choose Page as the content type.
Click the
button.All of your existing pages will appear.
Click on the title of any page you want to review.
To edit an existing standard page, follow these steps:

next to the page you want to change.Make any changes you want, then click
.To add a new standard page, follow these steps:
Go to
. (Or click on the link on the content list.)This will take you to the empty page screen. Give your page a title and then enter the page's main information in the content section.
Add the slug.
