The xTuple Dashboards extension adds three new privileges to the system under the module:
MaintainDashboards - Can add, edit and delete individual dashboards settings
MaintainDashboardsSetup - Can access dashboards setup
ViewDashboards - Can view dashboards
You should grant users these privileges according to their needs.
