2. Recent Log Messages

Your portal records a log message for every action that occurs on the portal. If someone logs in, there's a log message recording the type of message, the date and time, the message, the user, and an operation if the log message is editable. These log messages are helpful if an error occurs because you can track down what actions may have led to the error. You can find these log messages at Admin > Reports > Recent Log Messages.

You can filter log messages if you are looking for a specific type or severity of messages. Click the FILTER LOG MESSAGES option, select your filters, and click the FILTER button.

You can clear the log messages if you want to permanently remove the log messages from the database. This cannot be undone. Click the CLEAR LOG MESSAGES option and click CLEAR LOG MESSAGES.
