Configure Schedule Module (Commercial Edition)The scheduling configuration allows you to enable the following options:
Define next planned order number.
Specify default calendar.
Enable Constraint Management.
Configure Manufacturing ModuleThe manufacturing configuration allows you to enable the following options:
Define next work order number.
Set work order explosion level.
Select default Shop Floor workbench behavior (commercial edition).
Enter Bills of Material (BOM)A bill of materials (BOM) is a list of component parts and specified quantities required to manufacture an item. Costs associated with components roll up into the cost of assembled items.
Select top level item.
Identify revision (commercial edition).
Click to begin adding materials.
Select item number for material.
Enter effectivity dates.
Complete quantities and UOM.
Review Bills of Material ReportTake a moment to review the items and BOM which have been created in the system.
Select item number to review.
Verify materials, quantities, and costs.
Expand subassemblies by clicking on arrows to the left of the item number.
