10. List of Maintenance Orders

Once maintenance orders are created, you can view them in the List Order screen. To learn more, go to the following menu: Maintenance > Maintenance Orders.

Maintenance orders can be filtered by several different parameters. These could include any characteristics that have been assigned to the order. The list displays each order, and you can open out that order to see the list of tasks that are applicable against the order. Late tasks are displayed in red.

Press the PRINT LIST button to run a report displaying the list of maintenance orders. The maintenance order list is multi-tiered, and you can display the list of tasks assigned to the order directly from here. Select the arrow next to an item to open up the list of tasks.

When a task's planned start is in the past and the task has not been started, it will be highlighted in red. You can create, edit, view, print, or delete the order from the right-click menu or the buttons to the right. Print executes the maintenance order report (see subsequent section).

Deleting the order is possible, as long as the order has not been started already―or parts have not been posted against the order.
