8.2. xTuple Connect Integration
If you have xTuple Connect installed, you can schedule the creation of planned maintenance orders on a regular basis. You can do this from the Edit EDI screen. With that screen open, you can enter in the various options such as email recipient and email subject/body information. The packaged MetaSQL query (assetmaint-scheduleMaintenanceOrders) has a parameter for entering the schedule date. However when scheduling using xTuple Connect, leave the parameter blank and the system will assume the current date.
