Fixed Assets Product Guide

Once you have created tasks, plans and maintenance classes, you can begin assigning fixed assets to maintenance classes. This process initiates planned maintenance. An asset will not have any plans created until it has been correctly assigned to a class. The asset, however, can have ad-hoc, unplanned maintenance orders created against it.
