4.3.2. Depreciate Asset Types

To depreciate all assets by type, go to the following menu: Accounting > Fixed Assets > Depreciation > Depreciate By Type.

Asset Depreciation by Type

When depreciating assets by type, follow these steps:

  • Choose the asset type from the drop down list.

  • Press the DEPRECIATE button to depreciate all assets in this asset type.

  • Choose the Post Depreciation check box to post to the ledger immediately.
