2.4. Release Purchase Orders by Agent

To release purchase orders by agent, go to Purchase > Purchase Order > Release by Agent. The following screen will appear:

Release Purchase Orders by Purchasing Agent

When releasing purchase orders by agent, you are presented with the following options:

All Purchasing Agents

Select to release purchase orders for all purchasing agents.

Purchasing Agent

Specify purchasing agent whose purchase orders you want to release. Users may be designated as purchasing agents at the System level.
