8.1.  Chart of Accounts

8.1.1. Ledger Account Number

To access the chart of accounts, go to Accounting > Ledger Accounts > Chart of Accounts. The following screen will appear:

Ledger account numbers

The Chart of Accounts screen displays information on all existing ledger account numbers defined within the application. The following options are available to filter the accounts displayed in the list:

Type

Specify the account type of the accounts you want to display. If no account type is specified, all account types will be displayed.

Sub Account Type

Specify the sub account type (associated with the account type) you want to include in the display. If no sub account type is specified, all sub account types will be displayed.

Show External Companies

Select to include accounts belonging to external companies in the display.

Show Inactive

Select to include inactive accounts in the display.
