To change the ownership of CRM items in the most efficient way possible, select the "Edit Owners" option. The following screen will appear:
When changing the ownership of CRM items, you are presented with the following options:
Specify the owner whose ownership of CRM items you want to change.
Specify the name of the user who will be the new owner of the CRM item(s).
To display CRM items owned by the specified owner, select from the following CRM categories:
Select to show Projects owned by the specified owner.
Select to show Contacts owned by the specified owner.
Select to show To-Dos owned by the specified owner.
Select to show Incidents owned by the specified owner.
Select to show CRM Accounts owned by the specified owner.
Select to show Opportunities owned by the specified owner.
The following buttons are unique to this screen:
Highlight a record in the displayed list and then select this button to change the ownership for that record.
Select this button to change the ownership for all the records displayed in the screen.
