The sales rep commissions report is part of the enhanced commissions package. It replaces the stock commissions report when the enhanced commissions package is installed. To view sales rep commission information, go to . The following screen will appear:
When displaying sales rep commission information, you are presented with the following options:
Display lists commission information for the specified sales representative(s) using the specified parameters.
Select the sales rep whose commission information you want to include in the display. To see information for all sales reps, choose the option.
Commissions occurring on or after this date will display.
Commissions occurring on or before this date will display.
Specify which commission status you want to include in the display. The following statuses are available: show all commissionable, show closed/paid commissionable, show closed/unpaid commissionable, and show open commissionable. The Show Closed/Unpaid Commissionable status will cause the button to be enabled.
Select this option to choose all displayed commission information for payment. The alternative is to select rows of information individually.
Display lists commissions for the specified sales rep(s) using the specified parameters.
The following button is unique to this screen:
Highlight a row(s) of information and then select this button to pay the commission. This button will be enabled when the Show Closed/Unpaid Commissionable status is specified.
