1.2.1. CRM Desktop

The CRM desktop makes it easy for users to locate CRM records they either "own" or are assigned to. The desktop also provides graphical links to commonly used CRM module screens.

When using the CRM desktop, you are presented with the following widgets:

Tip

To open a record, double click on it or use the right-click menu.

My Contacts

Displays all Contact records you are the owner of. Ownership is defined on the source Contact record.

My Accounts

Displays all Contact records you are the owner of. Ownership is defined on the source CRM Account.

To Do

Displays To-Do items you either own or are assigned to. Ownership and assignment are defined on the To-Do item records.
