xTupleCommerce Product Guide

You gain access to your xTupleCommerce portal using a web browser. To begin, locate the URL for your portal and then enter it into a browser. This will bring you to the portal's landing page. Click on the LOG IN button to enter the username and password you were assigned by your xTuple implementer. Assuming you've been granted either the manager or editor role, you will have access to many of the portal's administrative features.

Once logged in, you will see a black menu bar at the top of your browser window. This is your Administration (a.k.a., Admin) menu. The Admin menu gives you access to all the tools you need to maintain and manage your portal. As long as you are logged in as a manager or editor user, the Admin menu will appear at the top of the page.
