The tab details the parts required to complete the maintenance order. For scheduled orders, these parts come from the maintenance tasks. You can add, edit, delete parts from this tab. Using the right-click menu you can add, edit or post an individual part. From the buttons you can do the same except that the button will post all parts on this maintenance order.
