The CRM desktop makes it easy for users to locate CRM records they either own or are assigned to. The desktop also provides graphical links to commonly used module screens.
When using the CRM desktop, you are presented with the following widgets:
To open a record, double click on it or use the right-click menu.
Displays all contact records you are the owner of. Ownership is defined on the source contact record.
Displays all contact records you are the owner of. Ownership is defined on the source CRM account.
Displays task items you either own or are assigned to. Ownership and assignment are defined on the task item records.
